The director of CMES in Harvard University Changed
I’m writing to let you know that effective July 1st, I will step down as interim/acting director of CMES and pass the baton to Baber Johansen, who will serve a three-year term.
Baber, as many of you know, is an outstanding scholar who has already made significant contributions to the Middle East and Islamic studies community since he joined Harvard in 2005 as Professor of Islamic Religious Studies at the Divinity School. In 2006, he was appointed Affiliated Professor at Harvard Law (HLS) and Acting Director of HLS’s Islamic Legal Studies Program.

These days
This post is belongs to my trip. Some of my friends through calling, sending SMS and type in some comments in my website were asking me about these days. This post has tried to give a short answer these questions. In addition, I have tried to explain my senses about leaving my home country and living in a far country. It can be unbelievable for some people that I don’t like to go, but It’s true and my motivations for this trip are completely ran out. I love my Country, my family, my best friends and my students and this is too hard to leave these ones.

A survey about my new website
After three years, to have some changes was necessary. This Idea created from last year, but I could not find a proper company or person for this purpose. Finally, I could find Mr. Behzad Ali Beigi to manage a new website for me. For nearly two months, I bothered him and his company and they tried their best for this project. Now It's important for me to know your point of views on this new website. You can help me to trust to this design or to have some necessary changes for the best design.
